Jeroen van Son

Jeroen Van Son is the Managing Director, Commercial of Australia & New Zealand at Verrency. Jeroen has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles in various companies. Jeroen was the Managing Director and Head of Australia & New Zealand at Cred, where they launched Cred in Australia & New Zealand and led operations. Jeroen was also responsible for establishing key distribution partnerships. Cred ran out of working capital in 2019 and the Australian entity was closed down.

Before Cred, Van Son worked as the General Manager Commercial (Velocity) at Virgin Australia, where they drove 185% revenue growth in 1st year (+ 90% in year 2) at 40% ebitda margin. Jeroen also rebuilt a team of sales and portfolio managers. Velocity is a private equity owned Virgin Australia business.

Their manager is David Link, Founder and CEO. They work with Peter Vestergaard Larsen - Managing Director, Business Development Europe, Eddie Wilson - Director, V+, and Annaliza Liddelow - Global Head of Client Services.
