Sean Stalfort

Sean Stalfort is the current Director at Verrica Pharma. Prior to their current position, Stalfort served as EVP M&A New Business Development at PBM Products from May 2009 to April 2010. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business opportunities for the world's largest manufacturer of store branded infant formula. Sean also managed the M&A group through the sale of the company to Perrigo for $808 million.

From January 2005 to December 2009, Stalfort was a Partner at Benevolent Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on small-to-mid market companies. Sean helped found the company with a focus on partnering with management to build value in companies.

Before their time at Benevolent Capital, Stalfort was a Partner at Ravelin Capital from January 2002 to December 2005, where they made private equity investments. From January 1998 to December 2001, they served as Senior Vice President at Koch Financial Enterprise Mortgage, and prior to that they were Vice President at Greenwich Capital Markets from January 1995 to December 1998. Sean began their career as an Associate at CS First Boston from January 1991 to December 1994.
