Keefe Clemons

Keefe Clemons is a Partner at Verrill, where legal services are provided within the Environmental, Telecommunications, and Natural Resources Group since December 2023. Previously, Clemons had a long tenure at Verizon from 1999 to 2022, serving in various roles including Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for State Regulatory Affairs in the East Region, Vice President & General Counsel for the Northeast Region, and General Counsel for New York and Connecticut. Clemons' responsibilities included managing regulatory affairs, advising on legal issues, and leading legal teams. Prior to Verizon, experience includes roles as a Litigation Associate at Goodwin Procter and Hogan & Hartson, focusing on commercial and civil litigation. Keefe Clemons holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Urban Studies/Affairs from Princeton University.
