Philip M. Coffin III

Philip M. Coffin III is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the defense of healthcare providers and professionals, as well as in product liability and general civil litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Verrill since August 2022, Coffin has been a Member of DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar since 1981. Previously, Coffin practiced as an Attorney at Lambert Coffin from December 1986 to August 2022, during which time representation included numerous physicians, nurses, lawyers, brokers, and agents in both court and before professional licensing boards. Coffin holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and a BA in Political Science, summa cum laude with high honors, from the University of Maine.
