Kath Blackham

Kath Blackham is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the digital and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of VERSA AI since January 2022, Blackham focuses on building digital workforces that utilize conversational and generative AI to enhance efficiency and customer service. In addition, Blackham serves as a Non Executive Director at the Cremorne Digital Hub and has been involved in various other organizations, including VERSA Agency, Deepend, and the Digital + Technology Collective. Through these roles, Blackham has contributed to digital transformations and innovation in marketing and technology while advocating for diversity in tech as a board advisor for Code Like a Girl. Blackham's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Management/French from the University of Leeds.
