Anil Chaitanya Mandru

Anil Chaitanya Mandru has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anil Chaitanya began their career at Future Software in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. During this time, they played a crucial role in designing and writing the BGP protocol code from scratch, developing and unit testing various features, including BGPPLUS and Policies. Anil Chaitanya also gained experience working on BGP MPLS VPNs.

In 2003, Anil joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Software Engineer Consultant, contributing their expertise in the field. Later that year, they transitioned to Wipro as a Module Leader, where they showcased their leadership skills.

Anil's career then led him to Ericsson in 2007, where they took on various roles over a span of almost ten years. As a Software Engineer, they demonstrated proficiency in Layer-2/Layer-3 protocol stack and routing protocols such as BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, RIPv2, RIPng, IGMP Multicast, MLD, PIM-SM, and more. Anil Chaitanya also gained experience in MPLS and IPv6. Anil's contributions to Ericsson expanded further as a Senior Technical Lead, where they worked on Layer-2, Layer-3, MPLS, Multicast protocols, Segment Routing, Virtualization, and NFV. Anil Chaitanya also played a pivotal role in multiple routing protocol stacks.

Following their tenure at Ericsson, Anil joined Cisco in 2017 as a Software Engineer, focusing on software development. Anil Chaitanya then moved to Versa Networks in 2018, where they held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and recently as a Senior Principal Engineer.

Throughout their career, Anil Chaitanya Mandru has gained extensive expertise in networking protocols, virtualization, and software development.

Anil Chaitanya Mandru graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in the years 1996 to 2000. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Certification Course in Advanced IP Technologies at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Additionally, Anil has obtained various certifications including Python Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2021, Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International in October 2015, Ericsson Certified IP Networking Associate and Ericsson Certified IP Routing Professional from Ericsson in June 2014, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in August 2013.
