Jitesh Gupta

Jitesh Gupta has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering, spanning from 2012 to present. Jitesh is currently employed as a Senior Network Engineer at Versa Networks since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Communications from October 2018 to January 2021 as a Senior Customer Service Executive.

Before joining Tata Communications, Jitesh held the position of Network Support Engineer at Infinity Labs India from May 2016 to October 2018, where they worked on a project for Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Jitesh also served as a Network Support Engineer at SequelOne Solutions Pvt. Ltd from December 2015 to April 2016, working on a project for Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. (Provisioning Team), in association with Dimension Data.

Jitesh gained valuable experience as a Network Engineer at HTIS Telecom from October 2014 to December 2015, working on a project for Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., and earlier at Loop Mobile India (P) Ltd from June 2014 to September 2014. At Loop Mobile, they were responsible for monitoring network maintenance activities, troubleshooting network problems, and coordinating with the last mile team.

Jitesh began their career as a Trainee Engineer at GPRSCARE (Telecom) Consultancy in July 2012, where they worked on VoIP services, specifically focusing on protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, and MGCP.

Jitesh Gupta completed their Matriculation from J H Poddar High School, spanning from 1994 to 2006. Later on, they obtained a B.E. degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai, attending from 2008 to 2012.
