Gary Whiteside is an experienced Senior Manufacturing and Operations Leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Versa Pak. With a strong background in the packaging industry, Gary has held key roles including Director of Sustainable Operations at Charter Next Generation, Plant Manager at American Packaging Corporation, and Operations Manager at CCL. Gary's expertise encompasses Change Management, Operations Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma. Gary's career began after graduating from McMaster University and has consistently focused on improving KPIs and the bottom line throughout various leadership positions.
