Chi-Chuan Lin

Chi-Chuan Lin has had a varied work experience since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Operations Research Lab in Chung Yuan Christian University. In 2017, they became an Industrial Engineering Intern at NBK CHUANG HON YI AXLE CO., LTD., where they analyzed inefficiency processes, improved the logistic procedures, and streamlined packaging processes. In 2020, they worked for Boeing as a Student Consultant, utilizing Lean Six Sigma models to improve the work movement process, identifying Key Performace Indicators (KPIs) and Benchmarking by mathematical analysis, and proposing solutions to improve External CrossLoad Process by using analytical models. Also in 2020, Chi-Chuan Lin joined Versa Products, Inc. as the Director of Process & Quality and Manufacturing Engineer, designing the package for the new product and replacement part, and performing cost analysis for raw materials such as sheet metal, wood, and packages.

Chi-Chuan Lin has a diverse educational background. Chi-Chuan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University between 2014 and 2018. Chi-Chuan then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Operations Research Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Optimization and Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California in 2021. Chi-Chuan also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business (obtained in May 2020) and Learning Minitab from LinkedIn (obtained in March 2020).
