Joe Harrow

Joe Harrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at VersAbility Resources since September 2022, Joe previously held the position of Virginia Market President at Towne Insurance from November 2018 to September 2022. Joe's career also includes serving as President of Middle Peninsula Insurance Agency for over two decades, from August 1994 to November 2018, and as Vice President at Crestar Bank, focused on private banking lending from August 1987 to August 1994. Joe Harrow earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Randolph-Macon College, where education was completed from 1982 to 1986.
