Mateusz Wiśniowski began their career in 2008 as an Engineer at ESBRO. In 2009, they moved to Materials Engineers Group, where they worked as a Software Programmer. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Assistant at the Institute of Automatic Control and Robotics, where they were involved in didactics, PhD study, research and development, and two projects with NCN and NCBiR founding. In 2013, they joined VersaBox as a co-founder, taking on various roles including Head of Customer Success, Chief of Implementation, and Chief Technology Officer. In their role as Chief Technology Officer, they were responsible for product ownership, software development team management, roadmapping, and planning, as well as agile project management. Mateusz also worked as a Software Developer at VersaBox.
Mateusz Wiśniowski is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Kozminski University, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Mateusz also attended an EMBA Consortium and EMBA International Week at ESAN Graduate School of Business in 2022. In the same year, they participated in a student exchange week at ESCP Business School. Previously, they completed a PhD study in Automatics and Robotics at Warsaw University of Technology from 2009 to 2013 and obtained an M.Sc. Eng. in Automatics and Robotics from the same university from 2003 to 2009.
