Fabio Colacchio

Fabio Colacchio currently serves as Vice President of Retail Excellence and Business Transformation at Versace, where responsibilities include leading business strategy and supporting the CEO in relations with the group and board since November 2022. Prior experience includes a decade at Bain & Company, where Fabio held the position of Partner and senior leader of the Fashion-Luxury vertical and Customer and Marketing practice from 2012 to 2022. Other roles include Manager and Consultant at Procter & Gamble and TradeLab, and academic roles as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at IULM University and the University of Milano-Bicocca. Fabio holds a doctorate in Marketing from IULM University and has completed graduate studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and Copenhagen Business School.
