Josh Barricklow

Josh Barricklow is the current CEO at Versado Training. Josh has over fifteen years of experience in training and management consulting, servicing Fortune 500 companies. Josh has a proven track record in delivering successful training events for groups of all sizes.

Barricklow began their career as a instructor at Northeastern University, where they taught courses in negotiation skills, group discussion, public speaking, and communication foundations. Josh's courses consistently received the highest evaluations from students, and they were eventually able to develop their own course, Foundations of Communication. This course was designed to introduce students to the study of human communication and improve communication skills in interpersonal, group, public, and organizational settings. The course quickly became popular among non-communication majors, such as engineering and criminal justice students.

After Northeastern University, Barricklow transitioned into the corporate world, working as the Director of Training and Development for the Critical Thinking Company. In this role, they led training and management consulting projects for some of the largest companies in the world. Josh was responsible for developing and delivering training events for groups of up to 3800 participants per venue.

Barricklow’s success with the Critical Thinking Company led him to their current position as CEO of Versado Training. At Versado Training, Barricklow continues to provide top-notch training and management consulting services to companies across industries. Under their leadership, Versado Training has become one of the most successful training companies in the world.

Josh Barricklow has a MA in Management & Organizational Communication from Emerson College and a BS in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
