Versal was founded in 2022 by seasoned industry leaders Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and Hugh Horne. After founding and growing their own successful boutique advisory firms for a combined twenty-five years, they found a kindred approach of client first advisory. The partners realized that combined, their collective powers and teams would create a unique and as-yet-unseen client-focused firm led by multiple partners leveraging their unique relationships and area specific expertise.
