Patricia Towers currently serves as the Engagement and Outreach Lead at Versalign Inc. since February 2023 and has been a Principal Technical Consultant at LeaderShip - Technical Talent Acquisition, HR & Workforce Virtualization Strategy since February 2020. Previously, Patricia held a Business Recruiting Advisement Contract at PwC for a brief period in early 2022. Patricia's extensive experience at Accenture spanned over two decades, where roles included Inclusion & Diversity Recruiting Lead, North America Talent Strategist for Human Resources, and various recruiting leadership positions. Patricia is certified as a Recruitment Professional through the Accenture Global HR Academy and holds an Associate of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dutchess Community College.
