Ben McClellan

Ben McClellan, MBA, is a seasoned operations and program management professional with extensive experience in optimizing shared services and overseeing strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and Shared Services Optimization at Versant Health, Ben previously held various leadership positions at MetLife, including AVP of Program Management and Governance and Director of Onsite Services. Ben's tenure at MetLife was marked by significant team transformations and performance management improvements. Earlier experience includes serving in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities as Wing Protocol/Executive Services involved supporting high-level functions and managing teams.
