Jen Knorr

Jen Knorr has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Jen currently serves as the Director Client Management, Commercial at Versant Health since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Black Knight from January 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at EyeMed Vision Care from 2013 to 2020, including Director of Account Management and Strategic Partner Program Manager. In these positions, they managed projects, developed strategic partnerships, and implemented innovative solutions to improve membership growth and enhance member usability. Jen also served as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Jen Knorr received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature with a minor in Business from the University of Cincinnati. Jen attended the university from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their undergraduate education, Jen Knorr has obtained additional certifications. Jen obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
