Jenn Kischell

Jenn Kischell is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Versant Health, where they lead a team in providing excellent eye care and vision services to customers. Prior to their current role, they held various leadership positions at MetLife, including Vice President of Workforce Engagement, Vice President of Launch and Delivery Upwise, Vice President of Voluntary Benefit Delivery, AVP of Accident and Health, Assistant Vice President, and Director. Jenn also has previous experience as a Manager at Travelers. Throughout their career, Jenn Kischell has shown a strong focus on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and driving sales and enrollment for insurance products.

Jenn Kischell completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Manchester High School from 1985 to 1989, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Communicating in Times of Change" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
