Josephine Allen

Josephine Allen has over seven years of experience in customer service and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Versatel Marketing since July 2016, Josephine has developed skills in team management and client engagement. Previously, Josephine worked as a Reservations Agent at Delta Air Lines from November 2014 to October 2015. Josephine completed a Diploma at Mt. Alvernia High School between 2003 and 2008 and pursued higher education at The University of the West Indies.
