Jennifer Ertle

Jennifer Ertle has extensive experience in public safety and management, currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Versaterm since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked for the City of Roanoke, TX, from February 2016 to October 2025, holding positions as Dispatch Supervisor and Public Safety Dispatcher. Jennifer's career in public safety began at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, where work as a Public Safety Dispatcher lasted from December 2013 to February 2016, following a similar role at Tarrant County from October 2007 to October 2013. Earlier in the professional journey, Jennifer gained experience as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title and as an Insurance Agent at Allstate. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Public Administration from Tarleton State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College.
