Paul Luthman

Paul Luthman, an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serves as the Internal Talent Acquisition Manager at AMS, where responsibilities include managing the Internal AMS Recruitment Team for North, Central, and South American hiring as well as overseeing new project recruitment for both permanent and contingent positions. Previously, Paul was a Team Lead Recruitment focused on contingent hiring and held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter/Lead Sourcing Specialist, specializing in IT talent acquisition for prominent organizations such as Deutsche Bank and Dun & Bradstreet. Paul’s career began at Cintas Uniform Company as a Service Sales Representative. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowling Green State University and a Certificate in Critical Management Skills from the University of Notre Dame.
