John Faulkner

John Faulkner has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, with their most recent position being at Versaterm Public Safety since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Ntirety, where they oversaw various departments such as accounting, finance, strategy & corporate development, legal, and human resources. Before Ntirety, they also held CFO roles at Hostway Services, Inc, PeopleAdmin, Layered Technologies, and Altra Energy Ltd. Additionally, they have previously worked as a Vice President of Finance at Level 3 Communications and as a Director of Finance at Broadwing Communications. John began their career as a Senior Manager at Dell and later served as the CFO at Pavilion Technologies.

John Faulkner has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. John also holds the certifications of CMA (Institute of Certified Management Accountants, obtained in January 1994) and CPA (Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, obtained in January 1989).
