Douglas Bishop

Douglas Bishop is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as the VP of Operations at Versatile High-Performance Coatings since May 2025. Prior to this role, Douglas held various leadership positions at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp, including Director of Plant Operations, Program Director, and Plant Manager, from November 2020 to May 2025. Douglas also contributed to CarrollCLEAN as Vice President of Operations from 2017 to 2020, where operational strategies were implemented to enhance efficiency in an FDA and EPA regulated environment. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Carroll Company, where Douglas was the Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager, as well as over a decade of service in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Plans & Operations and Emergency Management. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
