Nico Watson

Nico Watson currently serves as a Senior Recruiter at Verse, beginning in November 2023. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Carta from May 2018 to January 2023, where Nico held various positions including Technical Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, and Recruiting Coordinator. As a Technical Recruiter, responsibilities involved leading full-cycle hiring for the Security Engineering organization and mentoring sourcers. In the Technical Sourcer role, Nico established the sourcing function focused on Engineering and Product roles, meeting sourcing targets and bringing numerous candidates to offer. The journey began at Equator Coffees & Teas as General Manager from November 2016 to May 2018. Nico Watson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business with a concentration in French from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2012 and 2016.
