Paola Nava, MBA, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Paola began their career in 2005 as a Human Resources Representative at Bausch & Lomb. In 2010, they moved on to Target as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources. Three years later, they joined TT Electronics as a Human Resources Manager. In 2016, they became a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner at Oakley (A Luxottica Company). In 2019, they were promoted to Sr. Manager, Employee & Labor Relations at Luxottica. In 2021, they took on the role of People Director at Reformation. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of People and Culture at Versed.

Paola Nava holds a Master of Science in Management and Organization from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business (2020), a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management & Leadership from Drucker School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law & Society with a Minor in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine. Paola also holds a Evidence Based Coaching (EBC) Certificate from Fielding Graduate University (2022), a Workplace Investigative Interviewing Strategies for HR/ER Professionals from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates (2019), a Situational Leadership II Training Facilitator from The Ken Blanchard Companies (2018), a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM (2015), and a Professional in Human Resources - PHR from the HR Certification Institute (2008).
