Kate Perszyk

Kate Perszyk is the Director of Engineering & Operations at Versique Search & Consulting. Kate has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent management.

Kate started their career as a recruiter with CIBER in 1993. Kate was quickly promoted to Recruiting Manager and then to Account Manager. In 2002, they left CIBER to become the Internal Recruiting Manager at ProStaff.

In 2005, Kate started their own consulting firm, Tresera Consulting. Kate ran the company for 10 years before joining H.B. Fuller in May 2012 as a Sr. Business Partner II-Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

At H.B. Fuller, Kate was responsible for all of the US and well as assisting with international positions and projects. Kate supported and participated in career fairs, networking events and managed Diversity and Inclusion within our organization. Kate also managed HR Talent Management projects for support. In 2019-2020, they served as the Secretary for Corporate campus EHS committee.

Kate joined Versique Search & Consulting in June 2020 as the Director of Engineering & Operations.

Kate Perszyk's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
