Clarke Sinclair

Clarke Sinclair, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Clarke has held various leadership roles in companies like Versiti Inc., ManpowerGroup Solutions, Kohl's Department Stores, and Caribou Coffee.

At Versiti Inc., Clarke served as the Director of Talent Acquisition, focused on strengthening and restoring the health of communities through groundbreaking research and integrated healthcare services.

During their time at ManpowerGroup Solutions, Clarke worked as the Manager of Operations, overseeing finances and the training process for Comcast West. Clarke also served as the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, leading a team to staff front-line positions in call centers units across the Western US.

In their role at Kohl's Department Stores, Clarke managed the centralized staffing department, centralized the recruitment process, and hired thousands of store associates. Clarke also served as the Territory Talent Manager, overseeing executive-level staffing and succession planning for multiple locations.

Earlier in their career at Caribou Coffee, Clarke held the position of Regional Manager of Human Resources, where they oversaw HR operations and provided consultation and strategy support to the Director of Operations. Prior to this, they were the District Manager-Store Operations, responsible for the overall performance of multiple locations and the development of district management teams.

Throughout their career, Clarke has demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, process optimization, change management, talent acquisition, associate engagement, succession planning, talent analytics, individual development, and candidate retention.

Clarke Sinclair, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, Clarke attended Gordon Technical High School. In addition to their education, Clarke has obtained certifications in People Analytics and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, with the SHRM-SCP certification being obtained in February 2023.
