Nichole Miller

Nichole Miller has over 13 years of work experience in the blood industry. Nichole is currently employed at Versiti Inc. as the Senior Director of Biomaterials Operations and previously held the position of Chief of Staff. At Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin, they served as the Director of Specialized Production, managing a team of 50+ individuals and overseeing the production and quality control of platelet products. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Specialized Production and Specialized Production Manager at Versiti Inc., where they also managed a team and ensured compliance with FDA and AABB regulations. Nichole started their career at BloodCenter of Wisconsin as a Research Technologist II and later became a Technical and Innovation Specialist, where they led operational projects and implemented process improvements. Nichole also briefly served as the Donor Management Supervisor at BloodCenter of Wisconsin.

Nichole Miller, MSTM, SBB, completed a Master's of Science in Transfusion Medicine with a subspecialty in Business Administration from Marquette University from 2012 to 2018. Nichole also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, obtained from 2001 to 2005. In 2022, Nichole attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they pursued an Alternative to EMBA. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Versiti Inc. and is a Specialist in Blood Banking certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
