Timothy Kirkpatrick

Timothy Kirkpatrick has a diverse work history in talent and organization development. Timothy is currently the Director of Talent and Organization Development at Versiti Inc., where they focus on improving employee engagement and performance. Before that, they were the President of TK4Talent, LLC, where they specialized in talent strategies and solutions to enhance business performance and employee engagement. Prior to that, they worked at Shire as the Head of Professional & Leadership Development, where they designed and launched global training programs. Timothy also served as the Director of Talent Management at Baxter Healthcare, where they implemented performance management processes and systems. At Accenture, they held various roles, including Global Resource & Talent Management Lead and HR Manager. Timothy began their career as an Assistant Director at Northwestern University.
