Rogério Dias

Rogério Dias has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Rogério is currently the Chairman and President of the Board of Directors at VCS - Verspieren Corretores de Seguros since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of CEO at VCS and General Manager at Tranquilidade.

Before joining VCS and Tranquilidade, Dias worked at Generali for more than 30 years. Rogério held various positions during their tenure at Generali, including Deputy CEO, General Manager, Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Agents, Sales Regional Manager, Claims Manager P&C, and Motor Technical Department.

Rogério Dias has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 2001, they attended Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management. Later in 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Executive Master in Sales Manager at INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education. In 2013, they also achieved TOP EXECUTIVE MASTER title at INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education as an award to the Best Students. Continuing their education, in 2013 to 2014, Dias pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. In 2017, they completed the Global Future Leadership Program in Leadership Management at IMD. Lastly, Dias is currently an invited professor specializing in Sales at ISCTE Business School since 2023.
