Ted Pajak

Ted Pajak is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as the Pre-development Lead for Healthy Cooking R&D at Versuni since September 2021. Pajak's responsibilities include managing pre-development programs for air fryers and associated technologies, while overseeing a team of approximately 16 function developers and experts. Prior to Versuni, Pajak held various roles at Philips from April 2006 to September 2021, culminating in the position of Pre-development Lead for Homecare, where project portfolios and technology roadmaps were developed. Academic credentials include a PhD in Engineering Science and Design from Glasgow Caledonian University, alongside a Black Belt in Philips Design for Six Sigma from the Philips Management Training Centre. Additional degrees in Mechanical Engineering were obtained from Poznan University of Technology.
