Tim Fete

Tim Fete joined Versus Capital as Chief Legal Officer in October 2021. Prior to joining Versus, Tim was in private practice for over 19 years, most recently as a partner of the law firm Perkins Coie LLP, where he focused on corporate transactions, representing private and public companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings and restructurings and other corporate matters. Mr. Fete received a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Fairfield University.
