Maureen Hopkins

Maureen Hopkins currently holds the position of Vice President of Government Affairs at Verta since September 2025. Prior to this, Maureen served as Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at GoNetspeed from February 2022 to September 2025, and as General Counsel at Cell Site Capital LLC from November 2020 to February 2022. Maureen has extensive experience in law and telecommunications, having worked as Division Counsel at Tilson Technology Management from August 2013 to October 2020 and as Site Acquisition and Zoning Manager at ATC Realty from January 2005 to August 2013, focusing on site acquisition and zoning for wireless telecommunications towers in Maine and New Hampshire. Maureen holds a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and has advanced degrees from The George Washington University in Forensic Science and Mount Holyoke College in Biology, along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Southern Maine.
