Kelly Morales

Kelly Morales has extensive work experience in the field of product management and operations. Kelly is currently the VP of Product Management Operations at Vertafore, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product Operations and Launch at Vertafore from November 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining Vertafore, Kelly worked at SpotX as the Sr. Director of Project Management from January 2020 to November 2020, and as the Director of Project Management from October 2018 to January 2020.

From May 2017 to October 2018, they worked at Four Winds Interactive, where they held the position of Software Product & Process Manager. Their responsibilities included managing the product intake and roadmap process, implementing process improvements, and serving as a release manager for new product launches and major software releases. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Applications Product Owner & Release Manager and Industry Product Manager at Four Winds Interactive.

Kelly's early career began at EchoStar Corporation, where they worked as a Product Manager from June 2004 to September 2014. Their responsibilities included serving as a product owner for the content website dishanywhere.com and coordinating requirements between front-end development tasks and back-end server support.

Kelly Morales obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, Kelly holds certifications as a Lean SixSigma Green Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2018 and as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2016.
