Rafael Monteiro

Rafael Monteiro is currently serving as the Executive Director at VERTCO BLINDAGENS and High Glass Vidros Blindados, while also holding the position of Director at CARBON. Additionally, Rafael is a council member of the Associação Brasileira De Blindagem - Abrablin. Previously, Rafael was the Head of Technology and Head of Software Development at NAVA - Technology for Business, as well as a franchise owner of Subway. Rafael has a significant background in technology and software development, holding various managerial roles at Flexvision Universal Management and working as a Senior Systems Analyst at Itaú Unibanco. Rafael's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, alongside courses in customer experience and public speaking.
