Lucas Jin is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Unconventional Completion & Dissolvable Technology at Vertechs Oil & Gas since April 2015. In this role, Lucas Jin focuses on marketing and sales, technical service, business unit management, and talent management related to dissolvable completion tools. Previous positions at Vertechs include Key Account Manager and Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed technical sales, business development, and field operation supervision across various regions, including SW China, MENA, Canada, and South America. Prior to Vertechs, Lucas Jin worked as a Completion Engineer at Halliburton. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in MBA from Sichuan University, an exchange program at National Central University in Earth Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Natural Resources Exploring Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Additional training includes Halliburton’s H2CM Technical Level 1 Training and Completion Tools Rig Training Program.
