Dheeraj Srivastava

Dheeraj Srivastava currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Head of Collections at Vertelo since April 2025. Prior to this role, Dheeraj held a similar position at ORIX India from June 2022 to April 2025. Dheeraj's extensive experience in the finance sector includes key roles at Shriram City Union Finance Limited, where responsibilities included SVP and Head of Customer Service and Retention, as well as Senior Vice President of Internal Control & Enterprise Risk Management and Collections. Dheeraj also worked at IDFC FIRST Bank as Deputy Vice President - Head of Collection Strategy from February 2008 to August 2018 and began as Assistant Vice President (Credit & Risk) at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd from March 2003 to February 2008. Dheeraj holds a graduate degree in Commerce from the University of Kanpur.
