Benji Philips

Benji Philips has extensive experience in recruitment and legal operations, currently serving as the Chief of Staff Director to the EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since June 2019. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner and Associate Director, Executive Search Partner at the same company. Previously, Benji Philips worked as a Principal Recruiting Partner in Executive Search at Biogen from March 2018 to June 2019. Benji's earlier career includes significant roles as Director of Recruiting at Major, Lindsey & Africa and Hudson, where expertise in legal and talent solutions was demonstrated. Benji Philips began professional training as an Attorney in civil litigation and at Shared Technologies, following a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law obtained in 2007.
