Grace E. Niwa currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence & Early Career at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where strategic leadership is provided across various talent acquisition functions. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at Flagship Pioneering, a member of the Chief network for senior women leaders, and Board Member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum. Niwa has extensive experience in executive search, having worked with industry leaders such as Biogen and Talent Age Associates. Additionally, Grace founded Niwa Public Relations, focusing on high-profile talent promotion and fundraising initiatives, and has a strong background in event coordination from time spent at Asia Society & Museum. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Performance from The Juilliard School and a Bachelor's in Music from the University of Toronto.
