Jordan Harrison

Jordan Harrison serves as the Associate Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, bringing extensive experience in fostering inclusive environments. Previously, Jordan held the position of Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity. Additionally, Jordan has contributed as a PossePlus Retreat Facilitator at The Posse Foundation and works as an Inspirational Speaker and Equity Consultant through jordanjharrison.com. In the role of Vice President of Community Impact & Partnerships at Reality Changers, Jordan also served as Senior Director of Programs. Earlier in the career, Jordan was an UnidosUS Fellow focused on Federal Policy at UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza). Educational qualifications include a Master of Education (MEd) in Prevention Science and Practice from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a degree from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.
