Katja Guennewig

Katja Guennewig currently serves as Associate Director of Site Activation at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the Study Start-Up portfolio across regions and therapeutic areas while managing personnel and collaborating with global leadership. Previously, Katja held multiple roles at Parexel International GmbH, including Project Director and Director of Site Intelligence, demonstrating expertise in leading complex clinical trials, enhancing investigator databases, and implementing site recruitment strategies. Katja holds a Doctorate degree in Human Biology and a Diplom in Human Biology from The Philipp University of Marburg.
