Kristy Grimm

Kristy Grimm (Porter) is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in medical affairs, particularly in oncology and neurology. Since August 2010, Kristy has held various leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, currently serving as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs, after previously being Senior Director of Global Medical Affairs and US Medical Affairs. Prior to Vertex, Kristy worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from May 2003 to August 2010, where responsibilities included Director of Virology Medical Strategy, overseeing medical initiatives for products such as Sustiva and Atripla. Early career experience includes a role as Post-Doctoral Fellow at Rutgers University. Kristy holds a PharmD degree from the University of Rhode Island, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
