Lakshmi Jinca is a skilled professional in process analytics and engineering with a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Process Analytics and Insights at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Lakshmi previously held the position of Process Monitoring Co-Op at Bayer, where significant improvements in process monitoring were achieved through the development of a dashboard in RStudio and automation of data acquisition.
