Lauren Bailey

Lauren Bailey possesses extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources Information Systems at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since February 2016. Previous roles at Vertex include Sr. HRIS Manager and Senior HRIS Analyst II. Prior to Vertex, Lauren worked at Simmons College as a Human Capital Project Analyst and at Steward Health Care as Payroll Manager and Human Resources Administrator. Key accomplishments include processing payroll for 700 employees, leading the implementation of a payroll system for 12,000 employees, and administering a variety of employee benefit plans. Lauren holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management and a BA in Economics from Union College.
