Liz Repash

Liz Repash is a scientist with extensive experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently working at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since October 2024, Liz previously held positions at Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc. as both a clinical biomarkers scientist and a translational sciences scientist from July 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Liz worked at Sensei Bio as a translational immunology scientist and at Bicycle Therapeutics in immuno-oncology research roles. Earlier academic involvement includes a graduate assistantship in biochemistry at Villanova University, where Liz developed novel biochemical methods, and research fellowship at Emmanuel College focused on neuro-immunology. Liz holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Chemistry and Biology from Emmanuel College.
