Sarah Helms

Sarah Helms currently serves as the Associate Director of R&D Quality at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Sarah held several roles at IQVIA from November 2015 to September 2022, including Associate Director of Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior QA Auditor. Prior experience includes positions at INC Research from June 2008 to November 2015 and Forest Pharmaceuticals from May 2005 to June 2008, where Sarah managed various quality assurance and compliance programs. Sarah's expertise encompasses the implementation and maintenance of Audit and CAPA Management systems, conducting audits, regulatory inspections, and providing consultations on quality and regulatory issues. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Clemson University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
