Shaoxun Wang

Shaoxun (Chris) Wang currently serves as an Immunology Senior Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shaoxun held the position of Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University from October 2021 to June 2023, focusing on the mechanisms of allograft rejection using humanized animal models and human primary immune cells. Additionally, Shaoxun was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, San Francisco from December 2020 to October 2021, after completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where study occurred from August 2017 to December 2020. Shaoxun possesses in-depth experience in various in vitro and in vivo experimental techniques, particularly regarding T cell functions.
