Tudor Fulga

Tudor Fulga is an experienced professional in the field of genome biology and gene editing, currently serving as Vice President of Gene Editing at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since November 2019. Previously, Tudor held multiple academic positions at the University of Oxford from September 2011 to October 2023, including Visiting Professor, Associate Professor, and Group Leader in Genome Biology. Prior to that, Tudor worked at Harvard Medical School as an Instructor from September 2008 to September 2011 and as a Postdoctoral Scientist from 2003 to 2008. Tudor completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Structural and Developmental Biology at EMBL from 1998 to 2003, following the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Bucharest.
