Wayne McFarland

Wayne McFarland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical sector. Since May 2012, Wayne has held the position of Executive Director of Technical and Supply Chain Operations at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, having previously served as Senior Director of Operations. Prior to this role, Wayne worked as Project Executive at Diversified Project Management and as Director of Technical Services at BMS. Wayne's career also includes significant roles such as Senior Director of Project Engineering and Engineering Records at ImClone Systems and Project/Operations Engineer at BASF Bioresearch Corp. Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
