Laura Rymut

Laura Rymut serves as the VP of Contact Center Operations at Vertex Service Partners since July 2024. Previously, Laura was the Vice President of Customer Experience at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing from 2020 to 2024, where responsibilities included managing contact centers and responding to customer experience objectives. Additional roles include Site Director at SYKES, overseeing support services for a Fortune 150 client; Service Delivery Manager and Site Director at Conduent, working with top clients; and Director of Customer Care at CHEFS Catalog and Cooking.com, contributing to executive-level strategy. Laura has held various leadership positions at Corinthian Colleges and Deluxe Corporation, focusing on enhancing operational performance and team development. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
